Nokia said Russian mobile carrier MTS has completed Voice over LTE (VoLTE) call on a telecom cloud infrastructure. The company’s Cloud Application Manager provided automated deployment and management of all cloud applications, while its Professional Services for VoLTE assisted MTS to ready the architecture and design of its network. Launch 3 Telecom is an active distributor of Nokia equipment and other products that support LTE.
