AT&T is serving up its U-verse product suite to New Hanover County, N.C., residents thanks to its Project Velocity IP (VIP) network build initiative to expand and enhance IP wireline networks. Launch 3 Telecom has worked closely to serve mobile carriers such as AT&T and the other major carriers.
